GRIEF AND LOSS
Grief is a natural response which affects the body, mind and spirit. It is a normal reaction to loss. There is no right way to grieve. The process is as individual as each of us. It can be a long process which at times feels overwhelming. The roller coaster ride of reactions can leave you feeling like you’re going crazy. You may experience symptoms that are disturbing to you.
Common symptoms of grief:
